ÖzakKsev Foundation Makes Permanent Contribution to Health: Özak Family Health Center Opens

The Özak Family Health Center, completed by the ÖzakKsev Foundation in the Fevzi Çakmak Neighborhood of Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, was opened with an official ceremony. Aiming to strengthen access to community health, the project was implemented as a tangible reflection of Özak Global Holding’s social responsibility vision.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Governor of Istanbul Davut Gül, the Mayor of Küçükçekmece Kemal Çebi, the Istanbul Provincial Director of Health Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Emre Güner, and the Chairman of the Board of Özak Global Holding Ahmet Akbalık.

The new Family Health Center will provide neighborhood residents with more accessible and high-quality primary healthcare services. The ÖzakKsev Foundation’s Family Health Center project constitutes one of the important parts of many social investments implemented with the goal of producing sustainable and permanent solutions in the field of healthcare.

New Family Health Center Draws Attention with Its Modern Architecture

The architecture of the center was highly appreciated by the Provincial Health Directorate. Standing out with its modern, spacious, and user-oriented design, the new health center was built with an approach that considers the needs of both healthcare professionals and citizens. Authorities stated that future centers built in partnership with Int-Er Yapı and Özak GYO will follow the same architectural plan.

In his speech at the opening, Ahmet Akbalık, Chairman of the Board of Özak Global Holding, stated the following:

"As Özak Global Holding, we have always seen 'adding value to life' at the core of our business. This center, which we are opening today, is one of the most concrete examples of this understanding. Health is the most fundamental right of every individual and every family. The Governor of Istanbul, in his opening speech, drew attention to the fact that many treatments can be performed at health centers and made the following statement:

"With the aging of the population, the importance of family health centers is increasing. In family health centers, citizens are provided with the opportunity to make appointments with family physicians so that they do not wait for a long time in hospitals or deal with different appointment systems. In this direction, we continue to increase the number of family health centers in Istanbul. Today, we are opening our 1,105th family health center. We would like to thank all the stakeholders who contributed, especially Ahmet Akbalık, Chairman of the Board of Özak Global Holding, and the ÖzakKsev Foundation, who led the realization of this project."
