Özak Global Holding Moves Towards 2030 Goal with Award-Winning Plant Era

Ela Hospitality has won an award in the “Biodiversity – Service” category with its Plant Era project, implemented in line with Özak Global Holding’s sustainability strategy. The project simultaneously pursues the goals of protecting the rich biodiversity of the Mediterranean, propagating endemic plant species, and increasing environmental awareness.

The Sustainable Business Awards, which highlight pioneering institutions in the field of sustainability every year, added value to brands standing out with their environmental, economic, and social contributions for the 12th time. Ela Hospitality, continuing its activities in line with Özak Global Holding’s sustainability strategy, became the winner of the “Biodiversity – Service” category with the Plant Era project at the award ceremony held on October 8th.

Plant Era Project Leader Mehmet Can Akbalık, who received the award on behalf of Ela Hospitality, stated in his speech after the ceremony: “As Özak Global Holding, we develop projects that add value to the environment and society in line with our 2030 sustainability goals across all our subsidiaries.
